Philipp Guirguis worked from 2001 to 2007 in various areas of structural design. Since 2008 he has been with Bekaert GmbH, initially as Technical Manager Building Products for the regions of Central and Eastern Europe and parts of Asia, and since 2014 he has been appointed as Sales Manager Dramix® Steel Fibres for Central Europe / Scandinavia / UK / Israel.
Philipp Guirguis is a member of various committees and working groups for steel fibre reinforced concrete.
In 2022 Philipp Guirguis started the process of founding the design office Falconix Engineering® GmbH.
Kasem Maryamh

Kasem Maryamh worked from 2005 to 2011 in various areas of structural designing.
After completing his master's degree in civil engineering at the University of Kassel he worked as a research assistant at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern from 2014 to 2020 on topics such as the development of a flood barrier made of ultra-high-performance steel fibre reinforced concrete.
For his PhD, he investigated the influence of various production parameters, element sizes and fresh concrete properties on the flexural behavior of UHPFRC using computer-tomography.

Antonio Brito worked from 1995 to mid 2005 for the company COBA as a structural engineer and software developer for bridge- and dam constructions. From mid 2005, he carried out the same activity on a freelance basis.
He obtained his master's degree in 2001 and his PhD in 2011 with his thesis on seismic analysis and design methodology for underground structures in soft soils.

Pavel Barleben holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a specialisation in structural engineering and a master's degree in industrial engineering. Before joining Falconix Engineering®, Pavel Barleben worked for several years as a structural engineer as well as a sales engineer. He was already involved in exciting projects both nationally and internationally in leading companies.

Claudia Heider completed her education as an industrial management assistant at Rhombus Rollen GmbH & Co. in Wermelskirchen from 1984 to 1986, where she was responsible for financial accounting and reporting until July 2006.
Since July 2006 she has been working for Bridon International GmbH in Gelsenkirchen as Team Leader Finance.
She has been supporting Falconix Engineering® GmbH in financial accounting and controlling since 2023.
