750 foundation slabs in steel fibre reinforced concrete for holiday homes at Center Parcs
in Allgäu.

Optimisation with SFRC

Elimination of the planned reinforcement Ø12/12 cm crosswise at the top and bottom

All 750 No. planned foundation slabs could be designed without traditional mesh or rebar.

Thanks to the use of steel fibre reinforced concrete, the "small" construction company was
able to apply not only for the first but also for the second construction lot of tender
(375 foundation slabs per lot).

This enabled a "small" construction company to carry out an area of 53,000 m² with about 14,000 m³ of concrete with a handful of employees
Despite large distances to the construction area, the steel fibre reinforced concrete could be pumped without any problems
