Structural design of raft foundations

Construction projects must be realised in ever shorter planning and construction times. Saving raw materials and cost-effectiveness are becoming increasingly important, while the demand for sustainability and quality is increasing. With the introduction of the DAfStb guideline for steel fibre concrete, a code for the use of steel fibre reinforced concrete for all types of foundation slabs was provided in order to enhance these requirements.

Our mission is to develop economical, sustainable and durable solutions with the contribution of SFRC. Reduction of conventional reinforcement and shear studs, and the optimisation of slab depth is accompanied by a significant reduction of construction time in addition to cost reductions. Our continuously developed software allows us to analyse profitability and sustainability at a high level.
